        Prayer Phone Transcript

        Thank you for your prayers for the ministry of Torch Trust. This is your update for the week beginning the 27th November.

        Give thanks for the opportunity for Torch to be a part of the annual “Big Give” which runs from the 28th November to the 5th December. This scheme allows every donation, up to a total of £2000, to be doubled! The first thousand will be doubled by our own pledgers, and the next thousand, by the ‘Champion’ or corporate sponsor. Our champion is the Together Fund which makes sport accessible for all. Thank God for providing a ‘Champion’ to enable us to participate. Please pray that this will bring awareness of Torch’s services to members of the public seeking to make year-end donations to charity. 

        We are looking forward to hosting another Torch Together Christmas event online on Thursday 7th December. Praise God that we have the technology to meet together for fellowship, prayer and fun during the festive period. Please pray that those who attend would enjoy their time together.

        Please pray for the vacancies we are seeking to fill at Torch. We have advertised for roles in Client Services, Administration and Fundraising. Please pray for wisdom as we shortlist and interview candidates and pray that we would be successful in filling these roles with new members of staff to join the Torch family.
