        Prayer Phone Transcript

        Thank you for praying for Torch Trust. This is your prayer phone update for the week beginning the 22nd December. 

        Give thanks for the Carol Service we held on the 11th December. Thank God for the number of people who were able to join us and pray that they went away having enjoyed the service and fellowship we had with one another.

        Thank God for the Torch Together Christmas zoom, which took place on the 18th December. Pray for each person who attended, that they enjoyed being together with the wider Torch family.

        Pray for the staff team over Christmas. Pray for some good rest during the Christmas shutdown, so that we can return to work in the new year refreshed and ready to keep serving those who are blind and partially sighted. 

        Pray for our clients over the Christmas period. Pray for any who may feel lonely or unhappy at this time. Pray for them to feel God’s presence with them and for them to know they are never truly alone. Pray they enjoy celebrating Jesus’ birth and that their local Christian community supports them.
